The #LGG5 is supposed to be releasing very soon going by the reports that we’ve come across so far. New word is now mentioning that the smartphone will feature some of the features from the recently launched powerhouse, the LG V10. It is said that LG will borrow the secondary ticker display from this device for the LG G5, which might prove to be an interesting addition on the device.
Further, the G5 is also expected to be packing something known as the “magic slot” which might let users add a bevy of attachable components such as a headset, keyboard and the likes.
Lastly, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 SoC is said to be running underneath this monster, so we can expect more than decent performance from the smartphone when and if it hits the markets.
There are about four to five phones that we can think of right now which would pack the Snapdragon 820 SoC underneath, which offers a level playing field in the CPU department for all major manufacturers. However, with features like Magic Slot and the ticker display, LG can truly stand apart from its competition. What do you think?
