Until now, we thought that the #OnePlusX was the rumored OnePlus Mini handset that was said to be in the works. But a new GFXBench listing suggests otherwise. The listing is showing a device carrying a 4.6 inch display, sporting a resolution of 1920 x 1080, which is practically the same as all three OnePlus handsets we’ve seen so far in the market.
Further, the device is shown to be running the Snapdragon 810 chipset underneath, which is a surprise given that this is a mini device. But it’s just as likely that this is a prototype device that will never see the light of the day, so let’s not get our hopes up just yet.
Other hardware specs listed here include a 13-megapixel rear camera, a 5-megapixel front camera, 4GB of RAM, 64GB of internal storage and Android 5.1 Lollipop. Could this be the company’s 2016 flagship killer? Hard to imagine if that will be the case, but we should get more details on the device in due time.
