Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 Pro with a metal body and fingerprint sensor gets certification

Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 Pro

The #Xiaomi #RedmiNote2Pro smartphone has just been spotted on TENAA, which is China’s device certification database. Unlike previous revelations however, this one here gives us a very good idea of what the device will be like. It is shown that the handset will carry an all-metal body, which should give it that premium look and feel.

Further, we can also see the fingerprint scanner on the back, which is something that the Xiaomi Mi 5 is expected to be packing as well. Rumors have mentioned that the Redmi Note 2 Pro will feature a 5.5 inch 1080p display, a 13-megapixel camera on the back, 2GB of RAM and hopefully Android 6.0 Marshmallow with MIUI on top. There’s been plenty of speculation over when the Mi 5 and the Redmi Note 2 Pro will be released.

Earlier yesterday, we also came across the #MiPad2 tablet in a benchmark leak, so we have that to look forward to as well. You can check out more details on the official TENAA link below.
