With #Verizon expressing interest to launch the #BlackBerryPriv smartphone and AT&T already selling the device, T-Mobile was surprisingly left out. However, a T-Mobile spokesperson has mentioned that they’re definitely in talks with BlackBerry to bring the Priv to their networks, thus indicating that a release might not be far away.
The Priv has renewed the faith of BlackBerry fans who have been shrinking in number for the past few years now. This Android powered slider has all the makings of becoming a best seller in the mobile industry, so there’s no reason why T-Mobile would want to miss out. Although the two companies have had some differences before, it’s good to see that they’re willing to put that behind and focus firmly on the future.
In an email to CNET, BlackBerry CEO John Chen said – “I’m energized about our renewed relationship with T-Mobile and I’m excited about what 2016 will bring we continue to move forward together,” so things are clearly looking good for the fans.
