You can now trade-in any of the 2015 Samsung flagships for a OnePlus 2

OnePlus 2 Take The Edge Off

The #OnePlus2 has been available for about two months now and has been selling quite well by the company’s standards. And as we saw with the OnePlus One, the manufacturer will obviously work in overdrive mode to bring attractive promotions to its fans.

One such promo has now cropped up, which essentially asks owners of the Samsung Galaxy S6, Galaxy S6 edge, Galaxy Note 5 or the Galaxy S6 edge+ to hand over their devices in return for a brand new OnePlus 2. The company is also poking fun at Samsung by asking users to TakeTheEdgeOff.

We’re not sure if there are any hidden caveats here, but if everything is straight forward, you should be able to trade-in your 2015 Samsung flagship for a OnePlus 2 (should you choose to do that). This is a very bold move from the company and might backfire pretty badly, given that the entirety of the 2015 Galaxy lineup have significantly better hardware specs underneath.
