A new leak has given us our best and closest look of the upcoming #Xiaomi #RedmiNote2Pro smartphone, with what appears to be a very premium design. The handset is shown to be packing a rear fingerprint scanner as well, which is very similar to #LG and Huawei’s implementation with the #Nexus5X and the #Nexus6P respectively.
It is said that the Redmi Note 2 Pro will be a variation on the Redmi Note 2 that was released in August as a midrange offering. So living true to its name, it seems like the Pro version will be improved in a couple of areas to make it stand out from the competition.
The Redmi Note 2 Pro is said to be sporting a 5.5 inch 1080p display, a 13-megapixel camera on the back, the octa core MediaTek Helio X10 SoC, 2GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage and Android 5.1 Lollipop with MIUI 7. Knowing how almost every Xiaomi device is limited to the Asian markets, we won’t be surprised if similar treatment is shown with the Redmi Note 2 Pro.
