Samsung’s large sized Galaxy View tablet spotted with AT&T branding at the FCC

Samsung Galaxy View - FCC

Rumors have talked about Samsung’s intentions to release a large sized tablet, with a likely 18 inch display on board. We finally have a name for this tablet – the #GalaxyView. Well, it seems like this device will be officially released by AT&T over the coming days as the listing reveals a large carrier logo on the back.

We’re also seeing speakers on either side, suggesting that this could be a monitor like device meant to be stationary in one position and not necessarily designed for moving around. The tablet has the model number SM-T677A, which again is a clear indicator that the device is in fact headed towards AT&T in the U.S.

There’s no word on whether other carriers will join in on the action, but we won’t be surprised if AT&T is the only carrier to offer this in the region. It has been rumored that this device would have a 1080p display, an octa core Exynos 7 chipset, 2GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage (expandable) and a 5,700 mAh battery.
