Fossil releases Q Founder Android Wear smartwatch for $275

Fossil Q Founder

When #Google originally announced plans to release #AndroidWear smartwatches, #Fossil was said to be one of the partners. Well, over a year since Android Wear became mainstream, Fossil didn’t release any hardware. But that changes today with the introduction of the Q Founder smartwatch which runs Android Wear out of the box.

Fossil has released three other wearables, but this one deserves a special mention as it’s a smartwatch. In any case, you should be able to find the wearable on the Google Store and Fossil outlets over the coming months although the company hasn’t shared concrete details on when that will be. From what we can tell, the Fossil Q Founder will be available for purchase sometime close to the Holiday season.

As you can see, this is a circular display smartwatch and comes with all the bells and whistles of Android Wear. The price tag of $275 is quite attractive considering it has a steel strap around it, giving it that premium look. Interested already? Hit the link below and check out the company’s full presser.
