Starbucks app on Android now lets you pay for your coffee before you get to the store

The #Starbucks app on #Android can now be used by customers to pay for their orders before they make their way to the store. This will save them the trouble of waiting in line at an outlet. This feature was initially rolled out to #iPhone users, but it’s good to see that Android users can also benefit from this now.

The feature can be used at 7,400 Starbucks locations across the U.S. although franchise outlets or smaller Starbucks shops are not supported at the moment. If you’re a regular at Starbucks, make sure you try out this new feature to save yourself some precious time. The app can be downloaded for free from the Google Play Store, so make sure you give it a try if you haven’t already.

This is limited to the U.S. for the time being, but Starbucks has promised to bring it to Canada and the UK as soon as next month.
