A new report from a Chinese source is suggesting that #OnePlus will soon release its smallest handset ever, known as the #OnePlusX. It is said that this device will be released in time for the holiday season, so we can expect it to be officially shown off sometime in November.
As for the features of the device, it is said that the OnePlus X comes with a 5 inch display (resolution unknown) as well as a Snapdragon 801 SoC. It’s clear that this is not a flagship offering, so we can probably expect a pricing close to $200-250 when it is revealed later this year.
Before the OnePlus X is announced, we hope the company figures out the supply issues of the OnePlus 2 handset, which is currently high in demand all over the world. But given the invite-only system, not a lot of customers are able to get the phone. So would it be feasible for the company to release yet another handset and increase the workload even further? What do you think?
