The #LG #Nexus5X is set for an unveiling tomorrow on the 29th of September as is pretty evident by now. A new leak accessed from social media site Reddit has revealed all about this handset, leaving nothing to the imagination. This is just what we needed to know as we head into tomorrow’s event where #Google is also going to reveal the #Huawei #Nexus6P as well as #Android 6.0 #Marshmallow.
According to this leak which also comes with a couple of official promo images, the smartphone will feature a 5.2 inch 1080p display, a hexa core Snapdragon 808 chipset, 2GB of RAM, 16/32GB of internal storage, a 12.3-megapixel camera (f/2.0 lens), a 5-megapixel front camera (f/2.2 lens), Android 6.0 Marshmallow, a fingerprint scanner on the back and the reversible USB Type-C port. The battery capacity of the device was not revealed by the leak.
By the looks of it, the Nexus 5X appears to be a midrange device targeted towards customers who want to get the premium Nexus software experience without breaking the bank. This was originally the idea behind the Nexus program, so it’s good to see Google sticking to its roots with the new device.
