Over $300 worth of services to be offered with the Galaxy S6 edge+ and Galaxy Note 5

Galaxy Note 5

Looking to get the freshly announced Galaxy S6 edge+ or the Galaxy Note 5? Samsung wants to give you a little bonus as it has announced the offering of apps and services worth $300 in value along with the purchase of either smartphone. This is something that the company likes to call Galaxy Gifts and is offered with the purchase of every Galaxy flagship.

The services includes a subscription for The Guardian, The New York Times and The Economist as well as several discount vouchers from services like Trip Advisor and more. This is a very good promotion run by Samsung and gives users that added incentive to buy their products.

Samsung decided to release the Galaxy Note 5 and the Galaxy S6 edge+ early in order to combat the potential impact of the iPhone 6s and the 6s Plus which are scheduled to arrive early next month. Whether this ploy will work in Samsung’s favor is only for time to tell.
