Multiple Android Wear smartwatches will be showcased at IFA 2015

Android Wear Update

The #IFA2015 event is set to take place in early September. A new report from a reputable site is claiming that this event will be host to the release of multiple #AndroidWear smartwatches, including the highly awaited second gen #Moto360. Other manufacturers like #Huawei, #LG and #ASUS are also said to be showing off wearables running on Google’s platform next month.

ASUS is expected to show off the #ZenWatch 2 that was originally unveiled back in June, while LG already has a couple of watches in the pipeline, including one that is said to be a Verizon Wireless exclusive. Huawei might announce the global availability of the Huawei Watch at long last. So we might already have a very good idea of what wearables will be shown off during the annual tech oriented event in Berlin.

Android Wear is off to a moderate start in the markets, but with the release of new hardware, Google will hope that it will appeal to more users out there. Do you own an Android Wear smartwatch? Let us know in the comments section below.
