It was always expected that we’d come across a few images and leaks of the Galaxy Note 5 as well as the Galaxy S6 edge+ leading up to the official release this Thursday. And now, we’re now getting an up close look of the two handsets thanks to a series of images that have leaked out.
The Galaxy Note 5 appears to be the bigger of the two, which is understandable given its large 5.7 inch display. One of the images also shows the stylus of the handset popping out of the silo, giving us an idea of how it looks. The Galaxy S6 edge+ on the other hand isn’t as wide as the bigger Note 5, although it’s said to be packing a 5.5 inch display panel.
We saw the retail packaging of the Galaxy Note 5 leak out earlier today which revealed that the device would be packing an octa core Exynos chip, 4GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, a 16-megapixel rear camera, a 5-megapixel front camera and wireless charging support.
Expect the Galaxy S6 edge+ to be packing a similar hardware specs sheet underneath, but with a smaller 5.5 inch display. Both handsets should be running Android 5.1.1 Lollipop by default.
Check out the gallery below for an up close look of the two devices.
