It has already been confirmed that #AndroidM will be known as Android 6.0 #Marshmallow. But what about some of its features?
Well, #Google has been releasing developer previews of the ROM for quite some time now, but we’re now getting a first look of the new boot animation that it will bring to devices. It must be noted that mostly Nexus devices will see this as it’s a stock Android feature, so if you own an OEM skinned device, you probably won’t see it.
Google currently uses the peppy animation where four spots are just moving around in a spherical motion and this one is completely different. But as with any boot animation, it wouldn’t be long before we get used to it. The update should start hitting devices sometime in late October or early November, with new hardware slated to arrive at about the same time.
What do you think of the new boot animation? Let us know below.
