Galaxy Note 4

If you own a Sprint branded Samsung Galaxy Note 4, you’d be pleased to know that the carrier is gearing up to issue the Android 5.1.1 update for the device. For those unaware, this version of the Note phablet has the model number SM-N910P. If you aren’t seeing the OTA notification on your device, you can head over to the link below and get the firmware manually on your handset, assuming you know the procedure.

It must be noted that Sprint has already sent out the Stagefright fix and Android 5.1.1 for the Galaxy Note 4, so this is for those who haven’t seen it on their devices yet. We’re yet to learn as to when other versions of the Galaxy Note 4 will receive the update, but the day shouldn’t be far away now.

Are you seeing an update on your Sprint branded Galaxy Note 4? Make sure you let us know. If not, try connecting your device to Samsung Kies through a computer or head over to the Settings page and try pulling an update manually.
