The Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ is slated for a release next month alongside the Galaxy Note 5 as we all know. A new leak is now giving us a very good idea about the size difference of the new handset compared to last year’s Galaxy Note 4 phablet.
What we’re seeing here is a dummy unit that is used in retail outlets to give users a feel of the device. Regardless, the leak gives us an excellent idea about how big the Galaxy S6 edge+ is going to be with its rumored 5.5 inch display.
Although it’s not larger than the Galaxy Note 4, the handset is shown to be large for a device sporting a 5.5 inch display. The back is pretty identical to the Galaxy S6 edge, so there’s not a lot to tell apart as far as the design is concerned.
The handset is expected to be packing a larger 5.5 inch 2K display with dual curved edges, while Samsung is expected to keep the camera and other key aspects unchanged. Expect to find a new gen Exynos 7422 SoC on board the Galaxy S6 edge+ as well as the Galaxy Note 5.
