Google Offering Chromecast Owners A Free Movie Rental

chromecast with box

The Chromecast is now two years old and Google has an offer for all owners of it. If you have a Chromecast, Google will give you a free movie rental.

This offer is valid for both current and new Chromecast owners until December 31, 2015. To redeem the offer, you have two ways. You can open the Chromecast app, head to settings, and redeem offers or you can follow this link on a computer.

Google’s only limitation is that you can only redeem five offers per account, so if you have redeemed five other offers in the past, you can’t redeem this one.

If you don’t have a Chromecast, you can get one from Best Buy, Amazon, Google, and others. When you get it, make sure to redeem your free movie rental.

  1. Thanks for the treat! For those who live outside US like me, you can access Netflix, Hulu and similar media stations on yourChromecast by using UnoTelly or similar tools.
