Pricing of the OnePlus One permanently dropped to $249 and $299

OnePlus One

Looking to get yourself a OnePlus One? You will be pleased to know that the company has now made it easier for you to take that all important call by slashing the pricing by $50 for the 16 and 64GB models respectively. The 16GB version of the smartphone in Silk White will now cost $249 while the 64GB version in Sandstone Black will set you back by $299.

OnePlus also has another option available in the 64GB model, where they’re offering a discount on the Dropbox Pro subscription. This model will cost you $349, which is the current cost of the 64GB model. So technically, you’re getting the 64GB OnePlus One and a year’s worth of Dropbox Pro for the same price as you would have paid a day or two ago for the top tier OnePlus One.

But then again, you can save $50 if you choose to get the variant without the Dropbox Pro subscription. The company likes to mention that the subscription is being offered for “free”, which is technically not a right term. On a regular day, Dropbox Pro would you back by $99.99 per year, so it is a partial discount if anything.

So there you have it folks, one of the best smartphones of 2014 got even better with this $50 discount. The 64GB model for $299 certainly sounds like an exciting prospect. What do you think?
