The ASUS ZenWatch 2 was announced a few weeks ago by ASUS, which essentially meant that the first gen model was gearing up to take a back seat on our minds. But that’s not the case as the device has come back to relevancy thanks to a new price reduction, bringing the cost down to just $149.99. This is a $50 discount on the original asking price and a good deal on one of the best looking Android Wear smartwatches available out there.
The deal is available through both Amazon and Best Buy, so you have multiple options to purchase the wearable. It’s yet to be ascertained if this is a permanent price reduction or a temporary deal, but we’re guessing it’s the former considering that the device will no longer remain relevant once the second gen model hits the market, which shouldn’t be long from now.
The device comes with all the bells and whistles of a conventional Android Wear smartwatch, including WiFi support which has been enabled with the new Android Wear 5.1.1 update. Head over to the links below to purchase the smartwatch from the retailer of your choice.
