Boost Mobile Cutting MetroPCS and Cricket Customer’s Plan Prices

Boost Mobile, one of the Sprint MVNO’s, is offering MetroPCS and Cricket customers a price cut on their plans if their switch. This is the same offer as on Sprint proper, their “Slash Your Payment in Half” deal.

Boost Mobile says that if MetroPCS and Cricket customers switch, they could save between $20 and $30 over the course of a year. If you bring your line from one of those prepaid carriers, the plans will be the following:

  • $20 for 2.5GB of data
  • $25 for 5GB of data
  • $30 for 10GB of data

There are two stipulations. The first is that you have to port your line over to Boost from another carrier. The plans will also only cost that much for one year, at which point they will presumably go back up to their normal prices.

This deal lasts between now and July 20th, so if you want these plans at the cheaper prices, act now. Does Boost’s offer seem tempting to any of you?
