Adblock Plus browser makes its way to Android

Adblock Plus Browser

The makers of Adblock Plus have released a standalone browser called Adblock Plus browser, which is exactly like it sounds. This browser is your one stop solution to browsing a wide array of content on the internet without worrying about annoying ads. Unfortunately, this is still in Beta at the moment and requires users to ask the developers for access.

But if everything works out, the browser should be available for all in no time. We expect it to be available on a wider scale over the coming weeks, assuming the beta testing phase goes on smoothly.

The Adblock Plus browser has been built on the architecture used by Mozilla Firefox for Android, so you won’t find a lot of differences as far as the user interface is concerned. Head over to the Google+ page below to officially become a beta tester for the Adblock Plus browser.

Android users have had a tough time getting Adblock to work on their devices with Google removing the app from the Play Store. However, customers can still download Adblock for their phones from the company’s offiicial site.
