T-Mobile rolling out Android 5.0 for the Samsung Galaxy Note 4

Samsung Galaxy Note 4

The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 on T-Mobile has started receiving the Android 5.0 update. This has come slightly late in the day considering that Samsung originally began the rollout of the update a couple of months ago. But as we’ve learnt over the past few years, carriers take their sweet time to send out the update to flagship devices, so it’s not much of a surprise really.

For the customers however, this is very good news as their wait will finally be over. The smartphone will finally see some Android 5.0 features on board, along with a handful of Samsung’s own changes. Of course, there won’t be a lot of Material Design features in tow here as the TouchWiz features are quite prominent.

The update should be arriving anytime now, so make sure you’re on the lookout for an update. If you don’t see the notification, head over to the Settings to manually check for an update. You can also try your luck with the Samsung Kies software on your computer. Seeing the update already? Let us know what you make of it.
