HTC began shipping pre-orders of the One M9 flagship very recently. However, the company has come across some issues which has led to the delay in shipments for some users. Clearly, this has made the customers quite furious. The company however is trying to make up for it with an apology and is offering a 25% off on its accessories from the HTC Store.
The company is currently sending out emails to those unlucky users, along with details on the discount promo on accessories. It seems like the 25% discount only applies to customers whose shipments were delayed and not everybody who pre-ordered the smartphone.
In any case, it’s a nice gesture from the company to acknowledge an error and make amends for it accordingly. This is some consolation for users who have paid the full retail amount for the smartphone as carriers are yet to bring the smartphone to their outlets.
Are you one of those unlucky bunch who got their shipments delayed? Sound off below.
