The Google Calendar app on Android will finally get the month view feature again, thus letting you take a quick glimpse of the entire month. This broad view shows users the number of appointments they have every day. The update will also introduce the ability to easily switch views via the navigation drawer on the app.
Here’s the full change log of the new and improved Google Calendar:
- See even more events at a glance with Month view on phones.
- See the color of events when jumping to a date.
- Easily switch views now that they are listed in the navigation drawer.
The update should be done automatically if you have that feature enabled on the Play Store. If not, make sure you hit the Play Store to check for an update that way. Google Calendar comes by default on most Android devices, but is also available as a standalone app on the Play Store, which makes updating it that much easier for Google.
