Press render of the Verizon Nexus 6 surfaces

Verizon Nexus 6

We stumbled across a new leak a few days ago which suggested that Verizon was launching the Motorola Nexus 6 relatively soon. And it seems like the day is not far away as a press render of the handset has now surfaced. The device in picture has a prominent Verizon branding at the bottom (apart from the barrage of watermarks).

Verizon is no stranger to branding its smartphones, remember the Galaxy Note II? So this tiny branding on the back looks relatively tame compared to what we’ve seen in the past. The smartphone went up on the company’s website with a coming soon sticker recently, indicating that a launch is imminent, although we haven’t heard much from the carrier.

The Nexus 6 is already up from grabs from Sprint, AT&T and T-Mobile, so it’s a little strange that the country’s largest carrier is the last to get the smartphone on its shelves. We hope to hear more about the smartphone very soon, maybe the carrier will surprise us and launch the device next week.
