In its push to convince more customers to adopt T-Mobile, the carrier has now announced a range of new prepaid plans called Simply Prepaid. Staying true to its name, Simple Prepaid offers customers the option of unlimited 3G data, voice minutes, text and some 4G LTE data, all with an affordable price. The plans start from as low as $40, so you’re not required to shell out big up front.

The entry level plan at $40 gives you unlimited 3G, voice minutes, SMS and 1GB of 4G LTE data. The next plan which costs $50 will give you all the same free benefits but with 3GB of 4G LTE data. The last plan at $60 offers the same freebies but with 5GB of 4G LTE data to spend.

Customers can sign up for these plans from the 25th of January via T-Mobile’s online and physical retail outlets. Given that 3G, voice and texts are free in this plan, customers are essentially paying a premium for 4G LTE data. The pricing offered here is very competitive and might be tough to match for the rivals. The only downside to T-Mobile’s 4G LTE networks is the lack of coverage. But if you’re able to tackle that, this is the best prepaid plan you can get your hands on.
