Samsung Galaxy Note Edge arrives on Verizon for $399.99 on contract

Galaxy Note Edge

The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has just been made available through Verizon Wireless in the U.S. with an asking price of $399.99 on contract. You can get the handset off contract for $799.99 if you’re okay with shelling out that sort of money for a smartphone outright. You can also get it for $33.33/month using Verizon Edge.

Verizon announced the arrival of the smartphone on its network not too long ago, but it wasn’t available for purchase until now. The Galaxy Note Edge has also made its way to U.S. Cellular yesterday which effectively means that the handset can be purchased from all five top carriers of the U.S. (including Verizon).

The carrier makes it a point to remind potential customers that the smartphone is compatible with the XLTE networks. But since the service is only available in a handful of regions, not all will be able to benefit from this.

The smartphone packs a unique looking 5.7 inch curved display, a 2.7 GHz Snapdragon 805 chipset, a 16-megapixel rear camera, a 3.7-megapixel front camera, 32GB of internal storage, 3GB of RAM, Android 4.4.4 KitKat and a 3,000 mAh battery.
