Milk Video service goes official for Samsung devices

Milk Video

Following the launch of the Milk Music service earlier this year, Samsung has just launched a new video alternative called Milk Video. This will be available starting today from the Play Store but only accessible to Samsung devices in the U.S. for the time being. Samsung is partnering for content from providers like College Humor, Vanity Fair, Vice, Funny or Die, Buzzfeed, Cracked etc.

Users will get to choose from videos of up to 20 minutes in length, so it’s a great way to spend some time watching your favorite viral videos from either of the aforementioned providers. Keeping the social aspect in mind, Samsung has included the ability to share content directly within the app to popular platforms like Facebook or you can even email them to your loved ones.

Perhaps the only downside of Milk Video is that it’s exclusive to Samsung smartphone and tablet owners, so if you don’t own a Galaxy handset, this news shouldn’t make much of a difference to you. The app is available for free from the Google Play Store. Make sure you give it a try and share your thoughts in the comments below.
