Google Keep for Android gets notes, checklist sharing feature

Google Keep - Android

The Google Keep application for Android is now getting a new notes sharing feature which lets you share checklists and notes with your loved ones. This also brings real time editing, which means multiple users can interact and modify the notes simultaneously. The app will neatly show which notes are shared and which are private, so you can add people accordingly. Google Keep for Android received the Material Design update recently, so the addition of this new feature is certainly welcome.

The features should make its way to the device subsequently with Google promising to rollout an update starting today. It’s unclear if the feature was meant to be included with last week’s update, but it is here nevertheless. Keep has received several functionality related updates over the past few months, but this one has to be the best that we’ve seen so far. Google clarifies that the feature will be automatically sideloaded onto mobile, web and Chrome Web Store version of Google Keep.

How do you find the new update to Google Keep? Let us know below.
