The Motorola Droid Turbo is available exclusively via Verizon Wireless in the U.S. But recently, we came across a leak which suggested that the smartphone might make its way to global markets as well. And today, a Google+ post has revealed the smartphone in all its glory.
The smartphone looks exactly like the Droid Turbo, but without the Verizon branding on the back. The image of the front portion reveals the protective covering on the display containing all the information we needed to know, including the name. Interestingly, this leak comes from Brazil which is where the previous Moto Maxx leak came from, so it seems to be pretty authentic. Motorola Brazil is holding an event to announce this smartphone on the 5th of November, so we should have more information in under two days.
It’s only natural for Motorola to launch an international version of the Droid Turbo as it is now part of the global scene with the Lenovo acquisition going through. Considering that Brazil is seeing the launch of the smartphone, it’s only natural to expect the rest of the world to get the handset as well.
