The Amazon Fire TV Stick was recently launched by the company as a Google Chromecast competitor. However, at $39, it was slightly on the expensive side compared to Google’s $35 price tag. That changes today with Best Buy and Staples listing the device for $24.99 and $24 respectively. While the Staples listing currently mentions the device to be out of stock, Best Buy has it available right now.
There’s no word on whether this is a limited period offer or a temporary price reduction to gauge the public response better. Either way, this deal is hard to pass on right now, so it makes sense to hop on board while you still can. The Fire TV Stick also comes with a dedicated remote to switch through content along with a set of Android navigation buttons. It’s a good device to have at your home, even more so if you rely on Amazon’s services for your media content. Head over to the Best Buy link below for more details.
