T-Mobile posts largest quarterly growth in its history

We’re all quite aware of T-Mobile’s aggressive Uncarrier promotions which have been very favorable towards the consumers. And testament to its success, is the carrier’s third quarter earnings report which has revealed the addition of a record number of customers. The carrier claims to have added 1.4 million branded postpaid customers and 411,000 prepaid subscribers during the third quarter, marking the biggest growth in company history.

Needless to say, the carrier is expecting to finish 2014 on a high with the holiday season quickly approaching. The carrier is also claiming that its 4G LTE networks now covers 250 million subscribers across the U.S., with more expansion to come in the future. T-Mobile is expecting to cover 300 million subscribers with its 4G LTE signals by the end of 2014, which is a realistic approach considering the pace at which it’s expanding.

The carrier has been keen on snatching customers from rival networks such as Sprint. And as of now, it seems like T-Mobile is coming out on top and it might not change anytime soon.
