Reddit AMA app officially lands on the Play Store

Reddit AMA

After teasing the arrival of the Reddit AMA app for Android earlier this week, the app has finally made an appearance on the Google Play Store. Functionality wise, it’s pretty much the same as the version that was launched on iOS about a week ago. Users can browse through some of the most popular AMAs from the archives in addition to browsing through new ones.

The UI is uncluttered and lets users filter from “Hot”, “Recent” and “All Time” posts based on the AMAs popularity. Users can sign in using their Reddit account, but it’s not a compulsion as you can browse anonymously as well.

The design of the app has been widely praised and it’s clear that Reddit has put in a lot of work into its development. The team recently hired a bunch of developers to work closely with this new application. Fans hope that this new app will open doors for many more similar applications in the future.
