T-Mobile holding an Uncarrier 7.0 event on September 10

T-Mobile Uncarrier 7.0

T-Mobile has just announced an event for the 10th of September where the carrier will show off its plans for Uncarrier 7.0. The invite says – “This time it’s personal” which is something we’re quite keen to see. At the moment, our only guess is that T-Mobile will be looking to exploit its ongoing rivalry with AT&T which has gone on for the past couple of years now. The event will begin at 12:30PM in San Francisco.

Considering the timing, it’s more than likely that devices from the IFA event will be featured during the event. With the announcement of Uncarrier 5 and 6 back in June, the carrier announced that customers will be able to stream unlimited music on 4G LTE (provided they have a subscription).

So it’s likely that Uncarrier 7 will be something similar or perhaps more disruptive to attract more customers. The quote in the teaser makes it all the more interesting to see what the carrier has up its sleeve.

What new plans are you looking forward to from the carrier? Sound off in the comments section below.
