Beta version of HTC Zoe arrives on the Play Store for select devices

HTC Zoe Beta

Earlier this week, we reported on how default HTC apps and features like Zoe, BlinkFeed etc would be making their way to other Android smartphones. And the beta version of the Zoe app has just popped into the Play Store. At the moment, the app is compatible with the Nexus 5, LG G2, G2 Pro, Samsung Galaxy S4, Galaxy S5 and the Galaxy Note 3 but more devices should be added to the support list soon.

Creating a new Zoe is as simple as selecting a photo/video, adding a theme and music to make one peppy video to share with friends. There’s a separate Zoe network where these creations can be shared, in addition to Facebook, Twitter and Instagram of course. The makers of the app claim that there might be some niggles initially as we expect from a Beta release, so make sure you drop a mail to if you find any issues or have suggestions for further improvement.

It’s a good move from HTC to bring its popular app to other Android devices and we hope there will be support for more devices down the line as only a bunch of Samsung and LG flagships are covered at the moment in addition to the Nexus 5. So if you own either of these devices, make sure you hit the link below and download Zoe.
