Sprint has just announced the arrival of its 4G LTE signals in 17 new cities across the U.S. This brings the tally to nearly 500, with more markets expected to be added in the coming months. Sprint and T-Mobile were among the last to begin 4G LTE services, so it’s understandable that they’re still catching up to Verizon and AT&T’s numbers.

Below are the 17 new markets to get Sprint’s 4G LTE signals for the first time:

  • Auburn, N.Y.
  • Bethesda, Md.
  • Bloomsburg/Berwick, Pa.
  • Burlington, N.C.
  • Danville, Ill.
  • Dubuque, Iowa
  • Eau Claire, Wis.
  • Eureka, Arcata, Fortuna, Calif.
  • Hattiesburg, Miss.
  • Hopkinsville, Ky.
  • Indiana, Pa.
  • Marion/Herrin, Ill.
  • Mt. Vernon, Ill.
  • Pittsburgh
  • Redding, Calif.
  • Rochester, Minn.
  • Utica, N.Y.

Sprint has promised that it will continue to add more markets and enhance existing 4G LTE regions for stronger signal support to its users. You can find Sprint’s complete list of supported markets from the link below.
