A Brazilian retailer has revealed the possible specs sheet of the Moto X+1 smartphone. This appears to be a credible source which also got information on the Moto E before its launch a couple of months ago. According to the retailer, the smartphone will feature a 5.2 inch 1080p display as rumored earlier accompanied by a rather old Snapdragon 800 SoC with a clock speed of 2.3 GHz.
As far as the camera is concerned, the Moto X+1 will reportedly sport a 12-megapixel shooter on the back with a 5-megapixel front camera. Other rumored hardware specs include 2GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage and a microSD card slot. As we all know, the Moto X comes with 16/32GB/64GB of on board storage and doesn’t offer the ability to expand it, so this is certainly a welcome addition, if true.
The chipset could well be a combination of the Snapdragon 800 and Motorola’s custom made SoC, so it would be unfair to write it off at this point. As this is merely a rumor as of now, we suggest you take it with a pinch of salt. The smartphone is expected to be unveiled and launched in August this year.
