HTC puts its official Clock app on the Play Store

HTC seems to be quite serious about putting its proprietary apps on the Play Store, separating from the OS in order to offer faster updates. The company released its Sense keyboard on the Play Store yesterday, and today it is following that up with its Clock app, with the latest version that can be seen on any device running the Sense 6 UI.

Naturally, like other HTC apps on the Play Store, this one is limited to the company’s own devices as well, though it’s unclear what version of Sense is required for it to work. Also, the Clock app doesn’t seem to be compatible with all versions of the HTC One M8, though we’re guessing this is a limitation that will disappear in the coming days. Go ahead and grab the app from the Play Store, and do let us know if it is compatible with your particular HTC device.
