As expected, the AT&T branded HTC Desire 610 is available starting today. Much like the smartphone’s overseas pricing, AT&T is only asking for $199.99 off contract or $0.99 if you’re willing to sign a two year agreement. The smartphone is 4G LTE capable and is easily one of the best budget offerings going around.
For the price, you’re getting a 4.7 inch 960 x 540 resolution display, an 8-megapixel camera on the back, a 1.2 GHz quad core Snapdragon 400 SoC, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of storage, Android 4.4.2 KitKat and a 2,040 mAh battery. It also has the proprietary front facing stereo speakers which has become quite a common look on new gen HTC devices.
It’s not one of those high end devices as you can clearly see from the specs sheet, but that’s not really its strong suit. The combination of pricing and more than capable hardware makes the HTC Desire 610 an attractive proposition for buyers looking to get a budget LTE offering. So who’s interested in picking up the Desire 610 this weekend?
