We recently saw an image of the HTC One Mini 2 being revealed by a case manufacturer. And now, the handset has shown itself yet again but in an authentic looking press image, something which you might see being used in promotional materials in the future.
As you can see above, the One Mini 2 will not feature the unique Duo-Camera from the the One M8. But it is said that the handset will come with a 13-megapixel sensor, which shouldn’t be all that bad in comparison. It is believed that HTC won’t provide any of the software based image editing features from the M8 either, which is a bit of a letdown for hopeful fans.
Other features include a 4.5 inch 720p display, 1GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, a 1.4 GHz quad core Snapdragon 400 SoC and Android 4.4 KitKat. So it seems like the similarity between the One Mini 2 and the One M8 pretty much ends with physical appearance, which isn’t great news if you were waiting for the launch of the handset.
