Verizon's HTC One M8 getting feature and bug fix update

The HTC One M8 launched in the US might have been missing some functionality that is present on the international variant, but the Taiwanese manufacturer has been moving pretty quick to address that. Today, the Verizon variant of the One M8 is getting an update that brings over a few small new features and a couple of bug fixes.

Here’s the official list of changes:

  • ERI Update to remove the roaming indicator icon displayed on some HTC One M8 devices(Out of Box)
  • Resolved issue related to webpage and application connection errors in certain conditions
  • Bluetooth connectivity improvements
  • Gallery: Integrated a new Copy/Paste feature
  • Gallery: Mute/Edit buttons on the Video Highlights tile
  • Improved sync behavior while closing the flip with Dot matrix case

The update is currently rolling out to Verizon users, though it could take a few days to propagate to every device, so don’t forget to do a manual check in the Settings » About phone » Software updates menu.
