Sharp Aquos Xx 302Sh Has An 80.5% Screen-To-Body-Size Ratio

One of the popular Android smartphone brands in Japan is Sharp which has been releasing several top notch models lately. While we rarely see their devices sold in the international market we are hoping that this particular model that the company has announced will be sold outside of Japan as well.

Sharp has recently introduced its flagship model called the Sharp Aquos Xx 302Sh which is a 5.2-inch smartphone running on Android 4.2 and is unfortunately going to be a Softbank exclusive device.

What makes this device standout is that it is much more compact than the Samsung Galaxy S5 with its measurements of 132mm long and 70mm wide while having an IP57 rating. This rating means that it is protected from dust as well as water immersions. It is being called as the world’s most compact full-fledged flagship model that money can buy and has a screen-to-body ratio of 80.5%.

If the Sharp Aquos Xx 302Sh already looks very impressive from the outside then it is equally impressive inside. Its internal specifications make it able to compete with the flagship models of other manufacturers.

On the display front it uses Sharp’s IGZO display which allows for higher pixel densities while consuming less power.

Powering the device is a Qualcomm 800 MSM8974 quad core processor that has a clock speed of 2.2 GHz. This is one of the most powerful quad core mobile processors available in the market today that provides a more efficient multi-tasking experience.

Its use of a 2GB RAM allows for multiple apps to be opened at the same time while maintaining a smooth user experience.  Storage space is limited to 32GB however if this isn’t enough then it can be expanded further by using a microSD.

The rear camera of this device is very impressive as it is able to take in more light allowing for a higher quality photo even on low lighting conditions. Its auto focus time is also only 0.5 seconds which means that users will be able to capture moments instantly.

Those who love taking selfies will definitely love the 12MP front facing camera which is not only perfect in making video calls but also in taking self-photos.
