Motorola is heavily focused on midrange devices, with the Moto G being one of its most successful Android smartphones. It seems like the company could follow that trend if a report coming out of Brazil is anything to go by. This device will apparently feature a very slim form factor and is said to be only 6.2mm in thickness. The handset will reportedly break cover next month in Brazil with global markets expected to follow suit subsequently.
The smartphone will arrive in three different models XT1021, XT1022 which comes with support for dual SIM and XT1025 which supports dual SIM standby and digital TV on-the-go. All three variants will feature a 4.3 inch display of unknown resolution, a 1.2 GHz dual core processor, a 5-megapixel camera on the back, 4GB of storage, 1GB of RAM, a 1,900 mAh battery and Android 4.4 KitKat.
This could very likely be a midrange device with the hardware specs sheet not looking very flattering. However, devices like this have a huge market around the world, so Motorola will hope to replicate the success of the Moto G with this new offering.
