2013 HTC One now available for $1 via Best Buy

With the new HTC One available in the market, it’s natural for the predecessor to take a back seat on our minds. But the folks at Best Buy are now offering an insanely good deal on the HTC One (M7) with a selling price of just $1. This is applicable for all color variants and from all three major carriers in the U.S.

Users will have to sign a two year agreement of course and might end up paying a lot more for data and voice plans every month, but the fact that you can get the device for just $1 is pretty decent to begin with. Granted this is an year old device with an ageing hardware specs sheet, but it runs on Android 4.4.2 and Sense 5.5, with an update to Sense 6.0 promised by HTC. So there’s absolutely no problem with the device as far as software is concerned.

The hardware too has won many praises as the smartphone has been adjudged the smartphone of the year on several occasions. Admittedly, it’s one of the best looking handsets of 2013, but sadly that didn’t translate into sales. Hit the links below to get the smartphone from either of the three carriers.
