Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite Gets A Kids Edition

Samsung has a lot of tablet models in the market today targeting various types of consumers. One if the company’s latest models called the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite is a 7-inch model that is cheaper yet less powerful than the Galaxy Tab 3. There might not be a lot of adults who would want to buy an underpowered device however this might not be the case if it were to be used by kids.

This might be the very reason why Samsung has released a Galaxy Tab 3 Lite Kids Edition. This model is going to be available this March in Taiwan and costs roughly $175. Its specifications are similar to that of the regular model save for the fact that it now comes with Samsung’s Kid Mode software and is sold in pink or blue pastel colors.

The Kid Mode software uses a simple interface making it easy to use. It has parental control features and access to educational apps. In Taiwan, the device will also come with a children’s eBook subscription service.
