Galaxy Tab 4 10.1

Renowned source of leaks on Twitter, @evleaks is at it again and this time with the 10.1 inch Samsung tablet that we’ve heard so much about. The leakster has revealed a press rendering of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, barely a few days after the 7 inch variant leaked out.

With leaks of the new Galaxy Tab 4 series increasing in frequency, we feel that an announcement is around the corner. The manufacturer is yet to give away any details on when the new tablets will break cover, with another 8 inch variant in tow as well.

A leak from last month confirmed the hardware details of these new Samsung tablets, revealing a midrange specs sheet. All three tablets will feature a display resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels and pack a 1.2 GHz quad core processor. It will also sport 8 or 16GB of internal storage along with microSD card support. Evidently, Samsung will launch the tablets with Android 4.4 out of the box with its custom TouchWiz UI layering on top.

  1. Oh yeah. It is the Russians who shifted to Samsung. They said they had some security concerns with Apple.

  2. Exactly. Classic Samsung. I don’t understand their marketing strategy. Or probably there isn’t one.

  3. I had a Samsung Galaxy Tab 7 2, or something like that, the names have become very confusing lately. But I don’t really think Samsung is doing good with tablets. But now that Korean (if I’m not wrong) is testing Samsung tablets for government purposes, it might see some increase in market share.

  4. The only bright side here is that they are ready to make devices that come with KitKat out of box.

  5. Oooh! How is different from the other tabs Samsung has released? Oh yeah, bigger screen! Classic Samsung! -_-

  6. Samsung is doing the same thing that it is doing with its smartphones. Release a lot of variants. This is not going to work out for the company in the long run. The company is just showing its desperation.

  7. Companies can only go so long when a leak pops up, if they don’t announce it on their own it just looks bad. Kind of like they have no control over their product and it leaves people hanging. Hopefully they address it soon to put any possible bad rumors to rest.
