HTC One M8 Mini reportedly launching in May

HTC One M8 Mini

According to a UK based source, the new HTC One Mini will launch in May with an all-aluminum body like the full sized HTC One M8. There have been numerous leaks in the past which have revealed the smartphone’s existence and this adds to that list as well.

The source has also claimed that the smartphone will include some customary changes in order to cut costs. Prominent among these changes will be the absence of the ‘Duo Camera’, according to the report. The display is said to be 4.5 inches in size, with a 720p resolution perhaps. We can expect a change in processor as well, much like last year’s One Mini.

Other details are very scarce as of now, but we expect leaks in the future to give us a clearer idea of the handset. Considering that the full sized HTC M8 wasn’t exactly the best kept secret, we expect no different from its smaller sibling.

  1. I think the HTC mini will be ultralight, which is really a good feature. I would prefer a lighter cellphone that fits in a pocket snugly but with a considerable computing power like my older S3.
