The Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 smartphone was launched a couple of months ago with a heavily revamped specs sheet and a midrange pricing. The smartphone has now been revealed in an LTE flavor, opening up the possibility of an American launch. Samsung is yet to make the device official, but the user manual of the smartphone is enough proof about its existence. Two variants have been revealed with the model numbers G7105 and G7105L respectively, with the latter possibly being a carrier specific variant.
We’re guessing Samsung will wait till the MWC event later this month to make the device official, with focus on key markets like the U.S. Specs wise, the Galaxy Grand 2 LTE shares the same 5.25 inch 720p display, 8MP camera, 1.5GB of RAM, 8GB of storage (expandable), a 2,600 mAh battery and Android 4.3 Jelly Bean. The chipset used in the LTE variant could be different to support upgraded network bands. Don’t be surprised if the battery is slightly upgraded as well.
