Leaked screenshots of the Sony Xperia Sirius reveal support for 4K video recording

The Sony Xperia Sirius D6503 smartphone has leaked on several occasions in the past, but this new leak is perhaps the most comprehensive revelation we’ve come across so far. According to these leaked screenshots of the camera app of the Xperia Sirius, it could feature support for native 4K video recording. This is in addition to several other camera features like advanced slow motion video recording, Steady Shot etc. From these screenshots, it is quite evident that the smartphone is going to be heavy on camera features to compete with the likes of the Nokia Lumia 1020, which has the best camera sensor on a smartphone.

The Xperia Sirius could be known as the Xperia Z2 during its unveiling later this month at the MWC, with the Sirius merely being a pre-production name. The Xperia Sirius should be a decent alternative to the Xperia Z1 which was unveiled at the IFA 2013 event last year in Berlin. We hope to uncover more information on the smartphone as we inch closer to the official unveiling in Barcelona.
